This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on vesseltherapist.com and in the Vessel app, which are provided by UpLevel Technologies LLC (“Vessel”, “we”, “us”). It’s part of our Privacy Policy.
Summary
- Our website doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and it doesn’t set any cookies of its own.
- Our contact and call request forms use Google reCAPTCHA to protect them from spam. reCAPTCHA sets cookies and uses information about your device and browser, under Google’s privacy policy and terms.
- Nothing on our website or in the Vessel app tracks you across other websites or apps.
2.What our website uses

Hosting. Our website is hosted on Firebase App Hosting (Google Cloud). Our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the site secure, but our website doesn’t set cookies of its own, and our fonts are served from our own site rather than loaded from a third party.
3.What we don’t use
- No analytics or performance cookies, and no tools that measure or record how you use our website.
- No advertising cookies, tracking pixels or social media plug-ins.
- No cookies that remember you between visits or build a profile of you.
We don’t sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale and sharing (see our Privacy Policy).
4.The Vessel app
The Vessel app doesn’t use cookies for tracking, and it has no analytics or advertising tools. To work, the app stores your sign-in session and when you were last active (for automatic sign-out) on your device, and caches some of your information so screens load quickly. 5.Your choices
Because we only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the forms to work and stay secure, we don’t ask for cookie consent. You can still block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser’s settings. If you block Google’s cookies, the reCAPTCHA check on our forms may not work. You can always email us instead at privacy@vesseltherapist.com.

6.Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies or similar technologies we use, we’ll update this policy and the “Last updated” date. If we ever add cookies that aren’t strictly necessary, we’ll ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
